Zurich Seville Marathon

The Zurich Seville Marathon 2027 has established itself as one of the most massive and impactful sporting events in southern Europe. With a certified 42.195-kilometer circuit that has only 10 meters of total elevation gain, it holds the title of the flattest marathon on the continent. The race brings together 20,000 runners from all over the world and transforms the avenues of the Sevillian capital into an authentic festival of popular athletics.

The official start is set for 08:30h at the Paseo de las Delicias, a strategic point where thousands of athletes begin their journey next to the banks of the Guadalquivir river. The route runs through the monumental heart of the city, passing in front of the María Luisa Park, the Plaza de España, and the Cathedral. Cheering along the route is an activity with free admission for all spectators, who crowd the emblematic points of the course until the finish line closes at 14:30h.

To fully enjoy the atmosphere as an audience member, it is recommended to arrive early at the final stretches of the route or at the finish area on the Paseo de las Delicias. The use of public transport is essential throughout the morning, as the historic center remains closed to road traffic.
