Baroque visit to the Hospital de los Venerables Sacerdotes

Located in the iconic Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Hospital de los Venerables Sacerdotes is one of the jewels of 17th-century Sevillian Baroque. The site houses the Centro Velázquez, where masterpieces by Diego Velázquez and other prominent painters of the Sevillian school are exhibited.

The itinerary allows you to contemplate its dazzling Baroque church decorated with frescoes by Valdés Leal and its traditional Mannerist courtyard of brick and ceramic tiles. It is an ideal cultural option to escape the heat in the heart of the old town.

General admission costs 10€ (free on Mondays from 14:00 to 18:00h). The space can be visited continuously throughout the week.
