Tour of the Royal Herald through the center of Seville
The Royal Herald Procession of Seville, embodied by the official entourage of the Ateneo, marks the prelude to the magical night of the Three Wise Men in the streets of the old town. The royal emissary goes to the City Hall to symbolically request the keys to the city and the mayor's permission.
During the evening of January 4, 2027, a colorful entourage of Bedouins on horseback and musical groups travels through the center, collecting in large palanquins the letters addressed to the Three Wise Men by thousands of Sevillian children.
The departure is set for 17:00h from the headquarters of the Ateneo de Sevilla. The street show has Free admission, and it is recommended that families position themselves along the route towards the Plaza de San Francisco.
