Rafael Riqueni & Tim Ries - Tunisia (Flamenco Biennial)

The Sevillian guitar master Rafael Riqueni joins renowned American saxophonist Tim Ries (a regular collaborator of The Rolling Stones) to present the world premiere of the project Tunisia (Flamenco Biennial). This historic collaboration fuses the lyrical sensitivity of flamenco guitar with the harmonies and improvisation of contemporary jazz.

On stage, an unprecedented instrumental dialogue will unfold around iconic themes and new compositions, where the language of the flamenco guitar and the woodwinds build bridges between two universal traditions. The appointment is September 21, 2026 at 8:00 PM at the iconic Teatro Lope de Vega, with tickets from €25.

The Teatro Lope de Vega, located next to the Parque de María Luisa, is one of the most majestic scenic spaces in Seville. It is recommended to arrive with time to enjoy the historic architecture of the building.
