Manuel Liñán - Bailaor@ (Flamenco Biennial)

The groundbreaking dancer and choreographer Manuel Liñán, National Dance Award winner, lands at the Flamenco Biennial with the premiere of Bailaor@, a large-format dance recital that questions and expands gender roles and tradition in flamenco dance. Liñán will be backed on stage by outstanding guest artists and a top-notch musical cast.

The piece combines technical virtuosity, the use of the *bata de cola* (long-trained dress) and the shawl with a contemporary and striking scenic force that grips the viewer from the first number. The appointment will take place on September 22, 2026 at 8:00 PM at the iconic Teatro de la Maestranza, with tickets starting from €30.
