Andalusi and Renaissance fusion with Carmina Terrarum and Amin Chaachoo

The Mudéjar courtyard of the Renaissance palace hosts the concert El corazón del Cancionero within the cycle of summer musical evenings. The group Carmina Terrarum recovers Renaissance lyricism in the Noches de Verano en el Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba, a historic enclave located in the heart of the Seville old town.

During the session, attendees enjoy a careful selection of pieces from the Cancionero de Palacio and 16th-century Iberian compositions interpreted with period instruments. The sound of the Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba courtyard provides an intimate and ideal acoustic for the appreciation of chamber music and the ancient repertoire.
