Visit to the 'Maquinaciones para un decenio' exhibition at Sala Atín Aya

The central Sala Atín Aya hosts the retrospective exhibition Maquinaciones para un decenio (70s, 20th century), signed by the renowned Sevillian artist and researcher Pive Amador and curated by journalist Fran G. Matute. The exhibition constitutes an ambitious and intimate visual chronicle of the tumultuous years of the Transition in the Andalusian capital.

Visitors will find more than 200 photographs, many of them unpublished, together with works on paper and documentary material that portray the countercultural, social, and musical effervescence of 1970s Seville. The exhibition rescues the visual memory linked to fundamental figures of the musical and artistic scene such as Lole y Manuel, Smash, Veneno, Pata Negra, or Silvio.

Admission is free until full capacity at the municipal space facilities. The usual hours to tour it are Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00, as well as Sundays and holidays from 11:00 to 14:00.
