Exposición Julio González: Forjar el vacío en Fundación Cajasol

The Fundación Cajasol hosts in its Sala Velázquez the prestigious temporary exhibition dedicated to the sculptor Julio González, an absolute pioneer in the use of iron and autogenous welding to redefine space and volume in modern art.

The exhibition brings together a selection of key pieces that document the artist's evolution, from his beginnings linked to the Parisian avant-garde to his iconic sculptures where air and void are integrated as solid material of the work. One of the most relevant pictorial and sculptural events of the end of the summer in the city.
