Tasting and gastronomy at the Mercado Lonja del Barranco
The Mercado Lonja del Barranco, built according to the design attributed to Gustave Eiffel's studio in the 19th century, is a benchmark for gourmet tapas on the banks of the Guadalquivir.
The market has more than twenty stalls dedicated to Andalusian and international gastronomy: seafood from the coast of Huelva, salted fish, Iberian cold cuts, rice dishes, artisanal cheeses, and pastries.
Admission is free (purchases are paid) and the venue is open continuously from midday until midnight.
