Tasting and wine tour at Cooperativa Virgen de Palomares

The Bodega Cooperativa Virgen de Palomares, established in 1957, is the main wine-growing engine of Trebujena. Located in the heart of the Marco de Jerez region, it brings together the harvest of hundreds of local farmers dedicated to the traditional aging of the Palomino Fina grape on albariza soils.

The guided tour goes through the production area, the fermentation warehouses, and the row of casks where the region's musts, finos, and manzanillas mature. The activity ends with a guided tasting of 3 local wines paired with native appetizers.

The price of the visit with tasting is from 8€ per person and requires mandatory prior reservation by phone or email. Guided tours are usually organized from Monday to Saturday at 11:30.
