River Lookout Route along the banks of the Guadalquivir and Triana

The Guadalquivir River defines the seafaring and historical character of Seville, and wandering along its banks on foot or by scooter at sunset in September is one of the most pleasant activities in the city. The route connects iconic spots such as the Puente de Triana and the metallic gleam of the Torre del Oro.

The path runs along wide, landscaped promenades where a pleasant river breeze will blow as evening falls. You will be able to contemplate the silhouette of the opposite bank reflected in the water, crossing modern footbridges and discovering vestiges of the historic port that linked Seville with the New World.

This walk has free and open access at all times. It is recommended to start the route from the Muelle de la Sal next to the Magellan monument one hour before nightfall to enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the river.
