Ruta de contrastes y miradores en el Parque de María Luisa y la Plaza de España

The Parque de María Luisa is the most famous historic green lung of Seville, a romantic environment designed with lush vegetation, garden rotundas, monuments dedicated to poetic figures, and ceramic fountains that recall the regionalist past of the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition.

At its eastern end lies the monumental Plaza de España, designed by Aníbal González, a colossal architectural work in the shape of a semicircle flanked by towers and decorated with tile benches representing all the Spanish provinces, crossed by a navigable canal where it is common to take a boat ride.

This public space has Free access and can be toured freely at any time of the day; it is especially recommended to enjoy it first thing in the morning or at dusk to avoid the hottest summer hours.
