Ascent to the Torre de los Perdigones and its camera obscura

The Torre de los Perdigones is an old industrial vestige converted into an original tourist viewpoint that houses on its roof the only cámara oscura in Andalusia. This unique optical device offers a surprising visual experience for children by projecting in real time a moving image of the entire city.

During the guided visit, a monitor explains the operation of this system of lenses and mirrors while the monuments of Seville parade magically on a horizontal concave screen. After the experience in the chamber, you can access the high body of the tower to enjoy panoramic views of the river.

The activity requires prior booking due to the very limited capacity of the camera obscura room, and is not recommended for very small children due to the need to maintain absolute darkness during the projection.
