16th Los Palacios y Villafranca Cross Duathlon
The XVI Duatlón Cross Los Palacios y Villafranca is one of the most established endurance tests in the sports calendar of the province of Seville. Organized by the Sports Delegation of the local town council, it combines trail running and mountain biking (MTB), attracting both top-level federated duathletes and outdoor sports enthusiasts.
The epicenter of the competition is located in the Parque de las Marismas, from where the official start is given at 09:30h. The circuit covers an initial running section, a quick transition to the cycling sector on rural paths, and a final running leg before crossing the finish line. Spectators can follow the intense transitions and cheer on the athletes throughout the entire course completely free of charge.
To arrive from Utrera by car, simply take the A-362 towards Los Palacios, a journey that takes just 15 minutes. It is advisable to arrive before the scheduled start at 09:30h to park easily on the avenues adjacent to the park and find a good spot in the pit area to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
