Los Jueves Flamencos de Cajasol Thursdays

The famous Los Jueves Flamencos de Cajasol cycle is one of the most prestigious musical programs in Andalusia. Organized by the Fundación Cajasol and coordinated by artist Manuel Lombo, this festival has been gathering the leading figures of singing, guitar playing, and flamenco dance in the heart of the city for over a quarter of a century in an atmosphere of maximum orthodoxy and artistic quality.

Throughout its run, the stage of the Teatro Cajasol hosts performances by established masters like Manuela Carrasco and top-tier guitarists like Diego del Morao, along with benchmark voices like José Valencia and dancers like Jesús Carmona or Lucía Álvarez 'La Piñona'. The performances are noted for an intimate atmosphere and a purist sound that explores the *soleá*, *bulerías*, *seguiriyas*, and the most *jondo* styles.
