Marine immersion and conservation at the Acuario de Sevilla

The Acuario de Sevilla, located on the banks of the Guadalquivir at the Muelle de las Delicias, proposes an underwater journey that recreates the route taken by Ferdinand Magellan on the first circumnavigation of the world in 1519. It is one of the most complete marine outreach facilities in southern Europe.

Its facilities house more than 400 aquatic species distributed in thematic tanks that represent the Guadalquivir river, the Atlantic Ocean, the Amazon rainforest, and the Pacific Ocean. The highlight of the visit is the great Oceanarium, 9 meters deep, crossed by a tunnel where bull sharks and blacktip sharks swim.

Tickets are priced at 18€ for adults and 13€ for children between 4 and 14 years old. The center is open 365 days a year and has full climate control throughout the tour.
