Harinera del Guadaíra Interpretation Center and mill route

The Harinera del Guadaíra, located in the former 1934 flour factory in Alcalá de Guadaíra, houses the interpretation center dedicated to the region's historic baking tradition. It offers an educational look for children to understand the transformation of wheat into flour on the banks of the river.

Inside, original industrial machinery, interactive models, and explanatory graphic material are displayed. From the flour mill itself, guided trails depart that travel through the Oromana river landscape until reaching famous water mills such as the Algarrobo, San Juan, or Benarosa mills.

Access to the interpretation center is free entry, while guided routes along the banks of the Guadaíra have prices from 3€ per person (free for children under 6). It is located 20 minutes by car from Sevilla and is open from Tuesday to Sunday in the mornings.
