The historic Monastery of the Purísima Concepción preserves the baking tradition of the cloistered nuns, artisanal production with centuries-old recipes passed down from generation to generation.

Through the convent turnstile, you can acquire typical sweets such as the famous 'Marruecos' of Osuna, almond sponge cakes, yemas de San Juan Evangelista, and lard pastries.
