'The Deep Space' Astrophotography Exhibition in Palomares

The culture department of the adjacent municipality presents a dazzling thematic exhibition at the Centro Cultural de Palomares del Río. Titled 'El espacio profundo. Fotografías a la noche', the exhibition gathers high-resolution captures of galaxies, nebulae, and astronomical phenomena taken by astronomers and photographers from the region.

The exhibition will be open from September 16 to 20, 2026, in the afternoon from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In addition to the photographs, the exhibition includes explanatory panels on astrophotography techniques and the optical equipment used to capture details of the cosmos.

Entry is free and is designed for both science and photography enthusiasts as well as families. The center is located in the town center of Palomares, less than 10 minutes by vehicle from Mairena.
