Lighting and Fireworks of the Lebrija Fair
The city's most anticipated festivity officially kicks off with the Alumbrado de la Feria y Fiestas Patronales de Lebrija. This traditional turning on of the fairground entrance marks the beginning of five intense days of togetherness, music, and festive culture in honor of the town's patron saint. The event brings together thousands of residents and visitors at the gates of the fairgrounds on a night full of excitement.
At 21:30h on September 8, 2026, the fair entrance will host a prior performance by the group Tutumbao. At 22:00h, the official inauguration of the Real's lighting takes place, accompanied by an impressive fireworks display that illuminates the Lebrija sky. Afterward, local authorities will offer the inaugural greeting at the Caseta Municipal.
Access to the grounds and the show at the entrance is free admission. It is advised to arrive well in advance at the Portada del Recinto Ferial de Lebrija (on Avenida de Andalucía) to find a good spot from which to witness the lighting and the pyrotechnic fireworks.
