Flavors and Local Products at the Municipal Food Market

The Mercado Municipal de Abastos de Dos Hermanas is the traditional supply center and everyday gastronomy hub of the municipality. Located in the Plaza de Santa Bárbara, it maintains the vitality of a classic Andalusian market square with stalls specializing in fresh, locally sourced products.

Walking through its aisles allows you to purchase local specialties such as olives seasoned according to traditional recipes, Iberian charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, and vegetables from nearby market gardens. In addition, the market's own gastronomic venues and their terraces offer homemade tapas prepared on the spot with ingredients directly from the stalls.

The venue is open from Monday to Saturday from 08:00h to 14:00h with free access (consumption depending on the establishment). It is a recommended visit first thing in the morning to experience the authentic commercial atmosphere of the city.
