Natural walk and aquatic birds at the Laguna de Fuente del Rey

The Laguna de Fuente del Rey is one of the most valuable and surprising natural enclaves in the municipality, far from the urban bustle and perfectly conditioned for disconnecting. This recovered space functions as an important refuge for biodiversity and a green lung ideal for walking outdoors during the mornings or sunsets of August.

While walking along its perimeter paths and viewpoints, you will find a rich community of aquatic birds and flamingos that permanently inhabit or stop at the wetland. The itinerary has interpretive panels and wooden walkways that facilitate respectful observation of the native flora and riverbank fauna at no cost.

Access is free and open every day of the week. It is recommended to bring comfortable shoes, a hat, and plenty of water, as summer temperatures during the middle hours of the day are very high.
