46th Joaquín el de la Paula Flamenco Festival
The distinguished Joaquín el de la Paula Flamenco Festival reaches its forty-sixth edition, recovering its historic stage after more than fifteen years. This meeting pays permanent homage to one of the most transcendental historical figures of the soleá and establishes the city as the 'jondo' epicenter of the province of Sevilla within the late summer programming.
The evening will be headlined by the Alcalá dancer Javier Barón, National Dance Award winner, together with the singing of David Palomar, Lela Soto, and Ezequiel Benítez, accompanied on guitars by Rubén Martínez, Paco León, and Rubén Lara. The event will begin at 21:00 on September 26, 2026, in the imposing setting of the Castillo de Alcalá de Guadaíra.
Tickets are available from 8€ through the official municipal ticket sales platform. It is advised to arrive early to access the walled enclosure calmly.
