Visita cultural al Centro de Interpretación de la Harinera del Guadaíra

The Harinera del Guadaíra is an old flour factory from the early 20th century, carefully rehabilitated, which today functions as a cultural center and ethnological museum dedicated to the industrial memory of bread in Alcalá, historically known as the 'city of bakers'. The building preserves part of its original machinery and industrial structures integrated into a large urban garden.

The visit allows you to understand how the flour industry that supplied a large part of the province of Seville worked, taking advantage of the river's hydraulic power and the surrounding mills. Likewise, the center hosts workshops, temporary exhibitions, and intimate cultural events throughout the year.

Access to the facilities is free during the established municipal opening hours, becoming a mandatory stop to understand the local gastronomic tradition.
