Tour of the Harinera del Guadaíra and Interpretation Center

Located in a historic 1934 industrial building, the Centro de Interpretación de la Industria Panadera at the Harinera del Guadaíra offers an educational tour of the trade that defined the town's identity as 'Alcalá de los Panaderos'. The facility also houses the Municipal Tourism Office in a rehabilitated enclave at the entrance to the natural park.

The museum preserves the original Austro-Hungarian machinery distributed across its three floors. Through interactive panels, antique pieces, and period tools, visitors understand the wheat milling, sifting, and bread distribution processes that supplied the city of Sevilla daily via the old 'bakers' train'.

The center offers free admission with morning and afternoon opening hours. For guided group tours, prior booking at the tourist office is required.
