March Against Cancer in Écija "Marcha Rosa"

The traditional March Against Cancer in Écija, popularly known as the "Marcha Rosa" (Pink March), celebrates its eighth edition, consolidated as one of the most crowded and emotional social gatherings in the local calendar. Organized by the Local Board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, the initiative seeks to raise awareness of the fight against this disease and support research.

Attendees will walk through the main streets of the city wearing the characteristic pink t-shirts provided by the organization, creating a wave of solidarity that fills the main urban arteries with a protest and festive atmosphere. The march promotes citizen participation of neighbors of all ages united by a common charitable cause.

The starting point is established in plaza de España, while the finish is planned at parque San Pablo, where the route will culminate with commemorative acts. Registration and purchase of the solidarity bib number can be done at the association's local headquarters during morning and afternoon hours.
