Visit to the Biblioteca Municipal Palacio Condes de la Maza

The Biblioteca Municipal D. José Manuel Lara is housed in the former palace-house of the Condes de la Maza, a distinguished 18th-century noble building adapted for public use. Its rehabilitation respected the stately physiognomy of the original property.

Visitors can contemplate its central courtyard with galleries, the stately marble staircase, and make use of its reading and study rooms. The space also has consultation rooms and reading areas in a historical setting.

The enclosure opens from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 20:30 with free entry for the general public. It is located in the heart of the monumental center on calle Rodrigo Caro, 1.
