Monumental tour of the Monasterio y Hacienda de Loreto

Located in the municipality of Espartinas, the Monasterio de Loreto is a fortified historical complex founded in the 16th century on an old farmhouse and medieval defensive tower. Declared a Property of Cultural Interest, this Franciscan monastery represents one of the most prominent heritage and devotional landmarks of the Aljarafe.

The visit allows you to admire its two-gallery Mudéjar cloister, the fortified tower known as Torre Mocha, the old convent church, and its collection of sacred art. Admission to the site is free, and it is generally open to the public during the morning from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 13:30.

It is located on the A-8076 road between Espartinas and Villanueva del Ariscal. The complex has an outdoor tree-lined patio and space for vehicle parking.
