Architecture and museum at the Real Maestranza de Caballería

The Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza de Caballería de Sevilla, overlooking the Guadalquivir river in the Arenal neighborhood, is one of the most unique 18th-century Baroque civil monuments in the city. Beyond its use for bullfighting, the venue functions throughout the year as a monumental and historical complex.

The guided tour allows you to explore the interior of the bullring, step into the arena, contemplate the Royal Box, and visit the Horse Courtyard next to the Bullfighters' Chapel. The tour includes the Bullfighting Museum, which preserves historic costumes, prints, paintings from the 18th to 20th centuries, and sculptures linked to the noble corporation.

The monument opens for tourist visits from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 to 19:30 (except for days with bullfighting events, where hours are reduced until 15:00). The entrance price is 12€ for adults, with reduced rates of 7€ for students and seniors over 65, and 4€ for children aged 7 to 11 (children under 7 are free).
