Exhibitions this week in Osuna

  1. Exhibition

Immersion in the Osuna Museum and the 'Game of Thrones' Room

Located in the stately Palacio de los Hermanos Arjona y Cubas (an 18th-century building), the Museo de Osuna houses a varied collection that reviews the social and cultural history of the ducal town through rooms dedicated to printing, local craftsmanship, and antique apothecary utensils.

  2. Exhibition

Archaeological Route through the Museo del Torreón del Agua

The Torreón del Agua is an iconic 12th-century tower-fortress built by the Almohads to reinforce the walled enclosure of the ancient town. After its restoration, the tower houses the municipal museum's archaeological collection on its different levels, offering an immersion into the Iberian, Roman, and medieval civilizations that populated Urso.

  3. Exhibition

Zurbarán Collection at the Parroquia de San Juan Bautista

In the heart of the old town of Marchena stands the Parroquia de San Juan Bautista de Marchena, a superb Gothic-Mudéjar temple built at the end of the 15th century. This sacred site houses the famous Museo Zurbarán, a parish art gallery that safeguards one of the most valuable painting collections in Andalusia attributed to the great master of the Spanish Baroque.

  4. Exhibition

Visit to the Game of Thrones Ice and Fire Hall

The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo José María Moreno Galván was inaugurated in 1995 in a historic restored 16th-century granary in La Puebla de Cazalla. Dedicated to the figure of the Moorish art critic, it became the first museum space in the province focused on Spanish and Andalusian avant-garde and post-avant-garde art.
