Tavern Route and Tasting of Traditional Mosto

The Ruta de Tascas y Degustación de Mosto Tradicional is a unique gastronomic experience that can only be lived during the cold months of the year. After the harvest, small growers open their traditional venues —popularly known as tascas— to sell the recently fermented must of the year, accompanied by Iberian cured meats like chorizo or morcilla.

The route goes through the Casco Histórico de Lebrija, visiting small taverns and family-run venues in traditional neighborhoods. The estimated cost is approximately 10€ - 15€ per person, and it can be enjoyed both at midday and in the late afternoon throughout the month of December.

It is recommended to take the route on foot to soak up the popular atmosphere and to consult the Official Municipal Notice of authorized taverns to locate the most genuine corners.
