Visit to the Teatro Municipal Enrique de la Cuadra
Inaugurated in 1887 by the local patron Enrique de la Cuadra and rehabilitated in the nineties, the Teatro Municipal Enrique de la Cuadra is one of the jewels of Utrera's civil architecture. This venue, with an Italian-style theater typology, boasts one of the largest stages in Andalusia and is the central headquarters of the region's performing arts.
Visitors can access its main lobby where artistic and photographic exhibitions are regularly organized, in addition to contemplating the classical architecture of its boxes and hall. The permanent programming of the space includes theatrical plays, dance performances, opera, and concerts.
Access to the lobby and temporary exhibitions is free, while stage performances have a price variable according to the show (frequently between 5€ and 18€). The box office is open from Tuesday to Friday from 18:00 to 21:00, as well as two hours before each performance at calle Sevilla, 21.
