Visit to the Palacio Municipal and Casas Consistoriales
The Plaza de Gibaxa houses the Ayuntamiento de Utrera building, located in the former Palacio del Conde de Vistahermosa, considered the first breeder of fighting bulls in Spain. This building combines local noble history with current municipal administration.
Inside, you will be able to discover stately halls with very distinct decorations and themes that reflect the luxury of the old Andalusian palatial houses. On the exterior facade, there is also a tribute to the famous playwrights, the Álvarez Quintero brothers, who were born in this area.
The visit can be coordinated through cultural routes or by requesting information at the town hall; access to the noble areas is usually subject to guides or municipal programs. It is an excellent plan to admire the civil architecture of the city.
