53rd La Mistela Flamenco Festival
The neighboring municipality of Los Palacios y Villafranca hosts the fifty-third edition of the 53rd La Mistela Flamenco Festival at the Teatro Municipal Pedro Pérez Fernández. Coinciding with the 75th anniversary of the El Pozo de las Penas club, this historic event brings together leading figures of flamenco singing, guitar playing, and dance in a benchmark scenic environment.
The program includes large-format recitals, among which highlights include the work 'Persecución' with José Valencia and Anabel Valencia, the presentation of the Venencia Flamenca to David de Arahal with guest artists like Sandra Carrasco, and performances by the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía led by Patricia Guerrero and the singer Arcángel.
