Historical route to the Torre de los Herberos and Orippo

The Torre de los Herberos is a protected historical monument and one of the oldest defensive structures in the Dos Hermanas district. Located in the vicinity of the Carretera de la Isla Industrial Estate, the watchtower guards the archaeological remains of the ancient Roman city of Orippo, a fundamental enclave in the commercial routes of the Guadalquivir.

The visit to the exterior of the site allows you to contemplate the quadrangular structure of the medieval watchtower and glimpse the historical landscape that connected the ancient Via Augusta with the river.
